A Naughty & Nice Wine Cocktail
Updated: Nov 24, 2019
I tried to tell myself I would control the holiday cheer until December 1st but I wasn’t quite able to. (See my last blog post with Christmas decor galore). If you’re like me and excited for the holidays, here is a wine cocktail that is equally as festive as you are. And no matter how naughty or nice you’ve been, you deserve this!
Introducing... (drum roll please)
The Naughty Peach!
A happy medium between a delicious fuzzy peach and spritzer, it's super fresh and gently sweet, and perfect with holiday treats (like cookies).
Made with 100% Ontario wines from Konzelmann Estates this will certainly impress your guests this holiday season.
To make this wine you will need:
1. One bottle of Konzelmann Estates Dry Sparkling Riesling
The sparkling Riesling is high in acidity and extremely refreshing, bringing sparkle and tang to this cocktail.
2. One bottle of Konzelmann Estates Peach Wine
Obviously the peach part of The Naughty Peach, this wine is made from peaches from the Konzelmann property.
3. Sparkling wine flutes and some thirsty friends
To make your cocktail, pour approximately two ounces of peach wine into your friend's flute and top with Sparkling Riesling. All you need after that is some Santa hats, reindeer antlers and obnoxious Christmas carols.
Both wines are easy to love on their own, especially if you like sparkling Riesling as an aperitif, and peach wine with dessert, but I think they're fabulously merry together.
